Christmas Day

April, Jake and Sam are way past the matching pajamas stage but still very excited about Christmas morning.  I actually had to wake everyone up this year.  That’s what happens when they become teenagers and young adults.Yearly picture on the stairs before they open presents.

First we put Baby Jesus in the manger.

So glad you like your present Jake.

Sister needed this camera to take pictures for her Facebook.

Sam’s reaction to receiving the Wii game he wanted.

April inspecting the T-shirt brother Jake received.

Sorry Max, no Christmas treats for you, you’re on a diet.

Shortly after the gifts were open we headed off to church.  Then it was home for breakfast and lots of Wii playing for the boys.  Jim and I were able to sneak away to the neighbors for 45 minutes in the late afternoon.  Yes, we are able to leave all 3 kids home alone if we are close by.  Rest assured April or Jake would love to call and tattle on Sam if necessary.   We had a wonderful, relaxing Christmas Day!
